Houserules

We want all our guests to get a good night's sleep so they can enjoy the city, work hard, or party hard the next day. That's why we have rules that apply to everyone. Violation of these rules may result in our unilateral termination of the accommodation contract. We ask for your understanding. Please be considerate of one another!

1. Strictly no smoking, vaping and drugs. 
2. Sleep inside, party outside! Between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. we take special consideration of the sleep of our guests, so no parties, running or gathering on floors and public areas allowed. 
3. The hotel rooms are exclusively for overnight stays. Any commercial use, in particular the operation of a business or the provision of services (e.g., undeclared work), is prohibited. No subletting!
4. The maximum occupancy of the booked room category must not be exceeded. No friends and family in your room after 10 p.m.
5. Outside food deliveries: Deliveries have to picked up downstairs. No strangers or third parties on hotel premises. 
6. No tampering with safety devices such as fire alarms. 
7. Charging e-bikes or e-scooters on premises is prohibited for insurance reasons. 
8. Check-out by 11 a.m. at the latest.
